The GMR10D000 is a 10W dual isolated flyback converter that typically requires rectified AC input. The module uses primary side control to provide two well-regulated outputs with nominal load of up to 10W total. The main devices used in this design are wide-input range nonlinear controller with frequency adjustment and skipping cycles at low loads. GaN devices for primary switch and Schottky diode rectifiers with zero-voltage switching attain high efficiency in the smallest volume of its class.
GMR10D000 module is in production. A variant GMR10D001 that provides +15V instead of the +6V can be made available by contacting Product Support. Other variants are possible, again contact Product Support.

* Smallest off-line isolated module for effective system level integration
* Easy integration into systems board for system start-up for both analog and digital multiple devices.
* Allows biasing multiple HV Gallium Nitride Silicon Carbide, IGBT and MOSFETs
* Does not require detailed thermal management operating at its max power and temperature.
* Companion modules allow easy integration with multiple floating power returns.
The GMR10K000 is a 100W module that typically requires rectified AC input and is a high efficiency converter with HV isolation. Max dc input is 400V and attains efficiency >90%.
The module uses full feedback control to provide a well-regulated 20v output with nominal load of up to 100W – can exceed 100W during sustained transient. The main devices used in this design are wide-input range nonlinear controller with frequency adjustment and skipping cycles at low loads. GaN devices for primary switch and energy efficient GaN synchronous rectifiers with zero-voltage switching attain high efficiency in the smallest volume of its class. This module has been prototype tested and in production readiness phase.
Key Features
* Smallest High voltage isolated module for effective system level integration
* Easy integration into systems board for system start-up for laptop adaptors, Tablet, TV, set-top box and printers, audio sound-bars, smart speakers, Power tools and electric bike power outlets with off-board ac rectifier
* USB Power delivery and fast chargers
* Does not require detailed thermal management operating at its max power and temperature.
The GMR10C000, a 5W module, typically requires 22 VDC input, is a flyback converter with 3 isolated outputs. Accompanied with GMR10D000 dual output Bias Power Controller for high power / high voltage applications, it provides all the floating biases for Upper switches and the lower switches. This series is especially suitable for HV sources, even if bipolar, and system design demands stringent control of the fast switching power devices such as GaN, SiC. For IGBTs, module provides enough power for proper turn-Off bias as well.
An outstanding behavior of the control scheme applied is fast transient recovery- expected in its native applications.
Prototypes of this module are being assembled. Variants (GMR10CXXX) of this module. supplying different voltage forms, can also be made available by contacting Product Support.

Ganmar Technologies is developing Eval-Kits to aid the engineer in evaluating the operation of his system using the root GMR10XXXX modules. These Eval-Kits can be used during system development gathering detailed measurements of performance, enabling the gathering of evidence to verify design integrity or utilization in manufacturing to record evidence of product quality.
These kits are currently in development.
Key Features/Capabilities
· Testing over 4-corners: V min/I out min, I out max, Vmax-I out min & I out max. using electronic load. Either in CR or CC mode
· Step load testing over 20% to 80% of rated output current (i.e., 1-amp to 4-amp step)
· Visualizing on the oscilloscope the step impedance across the connector provided to monitor this jump.
· Measuring input filter/noise free DC current allows for calculating Efficiency when combined with input voltage measured across connector.
· A Network Analyzer can be connected to the J4 connector and set up to measure loop response. This gives you first-hand understanding of Stability in terms of gain margin & phase margin.
